Delete your HOA Line account

HOA Line app (Android package com.hoaline.app)

You can delete your HOA Line account and the personal information linked to it at any time, in the app or by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open HOA Line and tap the account icon at the top right.
2. Tap Profile.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and the app signs you out.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app, or your access request hasn't been approved yet, email privacy@hoaline.com with the subject "Delete my HOA Line account." Send it from the email address you used with HOA Line so we can find your account. We'll delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your name, home address, move-in date, email address, and phone number.
• Your access requests and your access code, which stops working.
• Questions you sent to a reviewer, with your notes and their replies.

What we keep

• Anonymous FAQ entries a reviewer made from your questions. They never include your name, address, or other details that identify you.
• Reviewer audit log entries about actions on your account, with your personal details removed, kept for security and accountability.
• Operational logs that may contain question text, which are deleted automatically on a rolling basis.

Deletion is permanent. To use HOA Line again, request access again.
